INFINITE VILLAGE
Installé au sein de l’Espace Jouenne et de Maison Montgrand à Marseille, l’Infinite Village est une sculpture sociale, collective et architecturale, une invasion créative qui invite à l’expérimentation d’un « commun ». Cette plateforme artistique, participative et éducative se présente sous diverses formes : expositions, installations, performances, ateliers, conférences et projections. L’Infinite Village propose des activités plurielles à partager avec les résidents locaux, invités internationaux, les associations et le public. Cette entité européenne et internationale se destine à éveiller les consciences et dessiner un nouveau futur commun et humaniste.
Les tables rondes hebdomadaires autour des thématiques comme l’eau, la biodiversité, l’architecture, la justice sociale et l’utopie sont conçues par Sigrid Pawelke.

Comment peut-on se nourrir bien et respectueusement face aux pénuries de l’eau causées par le changement climatique et notre manière de faire l’agriculture ? Comment peut-on plus respecter les sols, les nappes phréatiques, la flore et la faune en agriculture ?
C’est un sujet primordial dans la région sud qui est 2e producteur agricole en France.
Comment mettre en place une agriculture plus saine pour les personnes du secteur agricole et pour les consommateurs ?
Comment garantir une biodiversité alimentaire diverse et une production de proximité et plus partagée ? Quelles sont des approches d’artistes qui créent des nouveaux liens pleins de symbolique et de poésie ? La nourriture est à la fois notre premier besoin et en même temps plaisir, culture et rituel de partage ancestral.
Nous invitons des acteurs de Marseille qui réalisent avec leurs projets des ouvertures plein de sens pour l’avenir : fermes urbaines, formations en permaculture, associations citoyennes, jardins partagés, producteurs, chef et artiste.

Installed within the Espace Jouenne and Maison Montgrand in Marseille, the Infinite Village is a social, collective and architectural sculpture, a creative invasion that invites the experimentation of a "common". This artistic, participatory and educational platform takes various forms: exhibitions, installations, performances, workshops, conferences and screenings. The Infinite Village offers diverse activities to share with local residents, international guests, associations and the public. This European and international entity is intended to raise awareness and draw a new common and humanist future.
The weekly round tables around themes such as water, biodiversity, architecture, social justice and utopia are designed by Sigrid Pawelke.

How can we eat well and respectfully in the face of water shortages caused by climate change and our way of farming? How can we more respect the soil, groundwater, flora and fauna in agriculture?
This is a key subject in the southern region, which is the 2nd largest agricultural producer in France.
How to achieve healthier agriculture for people in the agricultural sector and for consumers?
How to guarantee diverse food biodiversity and local and more shared production? What are some artist's approaches that create new links full of symbolism and poetry? Food is both our first need and at the same time pleasure, culture and ancestral ritual of sharing.
We invite actors from Marseille who, with their projects, create meaningful openings for the future: urban farms, permaculture training, civic associations, shared gardens, producers, chefs and artists.
